Kvarøy Sjøhus is located on Indre Kvarøy, a pearl on the Arctic Circle on the Helgeland coast. The atmosphere on the island is characterized by magical tranquility, fresh air and new experiences. Each sea house contains everything you need for a stay with us, as well as bedding and towels. The sea houses you can be up to six people divided in three bedrooms.
With our online booking, you can book sea houses, boat transportation and activities.
The kids run free on the island. They can set crab pots, swim, play and enjoy themselves. Parents, with us you can enjoy the midnight sun and keep an eye on the playground - at the same time. We also offer a range of activities you can do together as a family.
Bring your knitting group, your maternity group, or even your good colleagues. Here you can laugh and sing old songs all over again. Island life invites you to take everything a little slowly. Add new experiences such as freediving and guided hikes, and book a table at the island's own restaurant - peaceful and inspiring island life!
Finding time for just the two of you may be a little difficult in everyday life. But your boyfriend won't be hard to tempt if you propose a romantic weekend getaway with unrivaled panoramic views of the midnight sun, clouds, sea and starry sky. Enjoy the calm island life and time off together for a few days.
Kvarøy is a charming island located just ten minutes from the mainland, with approximately 70 permanent residents. All activities and facilities are within walking distance. With neighbors who say hello to everyone and very few cars, you can enjoy the wonderful feeling of freedom. On Kvarøy you'll find, among other things, the Kvarøy Handel shop, a pub and the Olea's Kjøkken restaurant.

We’ve returned home after a school trip to Kvarøy Seahouse, it’s been some wonderful days of fishing, activities. Guiding, grilling, bathing, stamping and midnight sun😀 great sea house with all facilities. Thanks to the hosts Kay Arne and Silje for the great stay 👍
